Having earned her degree in Production and Stage Management from Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama, Jen actually loves the paperwork and relishes organizing every detail. She has also earned the distinction of being a Certified Special Events Professional and works hard to keep every event and project organized and well structured so that it is stress free and perfectly executed.
Cory Cope (Principal & Director of Operations) has worked in most every facet of the industry. With a degree in Technical Direction and Production Management from Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama and over 15 years of experience in the industry, he can solve any problem thrown his way. His first and best response is always, "Yeah, we can do that!" And because he always delivers on his promises, those words have become the team motto as well.

Kiana McLeod (Event Coordinator) enthusiastically joined the team as Event Coordinator after completing her degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her background in design, communications, and event management brings to the team a high quality event aesthetic and incredible attention to detail. Kiana will ensure that every aspect of your event is calculated and executed with precision and the highest standards so that you can enjoy a stress-free celebration!
Greg Coppolo (Stage Operations Manager) is a jack-of-all trades with a degree in Theatre from Allegheny College. Before joining Flyspace Productions, he's worked throughout the US as an electrician, lighting designer, carpenter, and rigger for theatre and entertainment clients alike. Always willing to lend a hand or share his knowledge, Greg's work ethic and dedication reminds people that it's still possible to love their job.
Remington Brooks (Project Coordinator) is a trained photographer and designer, and now fills the role of Project Coordinator on the team. Remington's background in art and adept organizational skills make him a great partner when planning an art installation, exhibition, or special project. In taking on the management of various galleries throughout the cultural district, he has a keen eye for installation and exhibition design and a passion for the arts and community.
Kate Matz (Production Manager) appreciates the pace and unscripted nature of live events. Her education from Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts has also led her to become an educator, developing ground breaking theater education programs at CAPA High School and Lincoln High School as well as teaching at the University of Pittsburgh. She brings a quirky energy to the team as well as more than a dozen years of experience as a production manager and technician.
Melissa Franko (Special Projects Manager) is the epitome of "big things come in small packages." With a larger than life attitude and friendly smile, she brings the best out of you and your event. An MBA candidate at Duquesne University and bringing unparalleled experience in the convention, marketing, and fundraising industries, she is a wizard at making a positive impact on any event.
